My First Blog Post

My First Blog Post

Welcome to the launch of my new blog WishMeHealth. My name is Aashray Raj, a third-year medical student from India. I am sincerely grateful to you for giving me your time in reading my first blog post. I hope that you will enjoy these few minutes and you get what you want.

“Precaution is better than cure”. As a medical student, I need to go to clinical rounds of different departments. This is where I get the chance to see and meet the patients. All patients want is immediate relief via medications or surgery. What they don’t realize is they can easily prevent many diseases or even cure some by just changing the way they live.

My First Blog Post

What is my first blog post about?

As the name suggests itself, I created WishMeHealth to explain to you about having a healthy body and lifestyle. Bear with me, I know it sounds cliché like just another health blog but give me a benefit of doubt.

  • My blog posts will solely be based on shifting your life to a healthy spectrum.
  • It will cover most of the do’s and don’ts, precautions, indications and contraindications, pros and cons, etc. of the different aspects of day-to-day activities and surrounding nature including how it affects your body.
  • Do you know that the highest number of mortalities in the world are due to lifestyle diseases like cardiovascular diseases and stroke? As a medical student, I will help you with new information about these diseases and how to survive and stay fit in these conditions.
  • I will also write about the most trending important topic of 2020 i.e. COVID-19

It’s very apparent to think that I am not even a doctor yet so can he be trustworthy. That’s correct, which is why I didn’t choose a pure medical blog niche though I might do it a few years later. Hence, I went into lifestyle and wellness which is combined with my medical knowledge and that I am gaining every day to give you a new vision of life.

I encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter for more updates on my blogs every week. I strongly believe that it is very important to stay updated with one’s health. Gaining a new perspective about your body each week shall be exciting and will surely help you someday in the future.
